After you shower and towel dry use a blow dryer to get rid of any moisture. Apply some baby powder w/ cornstarch. Not the cheap stuff Johnson and Johnson only. Use a antibacterial soap and a clean scrubby or wash cloth to help remove old skin cells each time you shower. Netugina make a body wash for problem skin, it dose work. Always were clean under garments. Do not turn them inside out.

Sounds like a re-occuring pimple, those things suck majorly. Just buy some Clearasil and treat it three times a day. Most people take showers, but maybe you could try taking a bath. Just sitting and soaking could help your skin with pimples. Remember to moisturize your skin, by using lotion or cream when you get out of the bath or shower. And remember your acne treatment!

pimples are often caused by oil in infected hair follicles. shave all the hair off your butt and you will be smooth as a baby and no pimples. also, buy a facial mask at the store and put it on your butt and remember to exfoliate too!

Are you sure they're pimples? I used to have those too, but they're more like rash which grows on dry, irritated areas. They're also bit painful if you sit on them. My dermatologist prescribed me extra moisturizing lotion, oatmeal powder to wash the rash with and advised me to wear cotton underwear. Consult your dermatologist to know what they are exactly. Good luck!

Maybe your galoots are sexually frustrated and they're getting pimples, Maybe you should put out to see if it goes away. If it doesn't, then maybe you should just keep things like this to yourself so that the curiosity won't hurt you..
