I've been running 30 minutes for the past 2 weeks and lifting weights every other day as well as eating well (1,500 calories daily--nutricious fruits and veggies for snacks).

Stop and think a minute. If your dieting and exercising then you have gained some unwanted pounds and inches. How long did it take you to gain those? It will take just as long to loss them. It may seem longer because your having to sacrifice your favorite foods to lose this weight. Once you get started though you;ll get renewed confidence that you can do this. Every pound you lose will make you try harder and stick with it. Good Luck and Congrads on doing this the healthy way.

The thing is in workouts and Results , first u need to be patient to see the best results , needs lots of time when u want the best ,just count ur improvement by time periods , when u look back sometime later u certainly would be proud of what u are .
