he gets sick at least once a month with high fevers achy bones headache and a little dizzy he asked me what i am putting in his food? he has been like this for a little over a year since he came back from mexico any ideas would be great and no i am not putting anything in his food!

This is somthing im surious about. I was having this conversation with a couple people and we couldnt come up with an answer. Whenever i see them and there family they have the same red hair pale skin and freckles. But when other people have a family everone looks different. Is it a disease? or what?

I work out 5 days a week 4 times weights 45 min and 5 times cardio 45-1 hour each week.I also eat a clean diet but I cant seem to loss the pudge.I really want to get just below my minimum fat level.Any suggestions?

I'm, 15 year old, male, and im 5"9, weigh 134 lbs. For my height im skinny, so i wanted to gain some weight. I currently eat about 1500-1800 calories of food every day, but i can't seem to gain weight. How many more calories a day should i eat, and are there any foods (specific) that will help me gain weight w/ out making me full and not wanting to eat after it?

This is the first time i have ever been on any type of birth control and i am unsure if my symptoms are "normal" so please help... I got my depo shot about a month or two ago and i just recently came on my period, however, its been lasting for a little longer than 2 weeks!!! Before i had the shot, my period lasted about 5 days... Is this normal???!!!

My daughter is extremely sad everyday. I try talking to her, but she just pushes me away. I tried phoning the school to see if anyone was bullying her, but they said that nobody has. My daughter never wants to go out, she's failing school, and she's just not happy with anything.She has never been like this; she used to be so happy and ace school. My daughter is twelve. OK, Not long ago I found out a secret my parents had been keeping from me since I was born. My mother suffers from chronic epilepsy and has done since a very young age, when my father met my mother, he didn't want children and when he found out that she was pregnant with me he was thinking of leaving her, but he loved her so much that he stayed with her and was there for her.

When I was born, something went wrong with my birth that caused my mum to have an epileptic fit, stopping her heart and effectively killing her, however they managed to restart her heart and save her life. When I was very young I remember my father seemed to hate me, never bonded with me, never seemed to be proud of me and when I used to play up beat me. I was very confused and very scared of him why he was like this to me.

Until I find out recently it was because I nearly killed my mother, I am finding coping knowing with this very hard and lately have been really distant to everyone. Please Help

well it sticks to my fingers but not to the surface on my son's boo boo i am trying to put it on. and i want to put it on as quick as possible so i don't hurt it any more than I can help it. and he is wiggly. so how can i get it to go on the wound and not stick to my finger?

when i was doing laundry, the cap sort of fell out of my hands, and a few drops of bleach went on my face. the things that worries me is a few small drops went into my mouth. will i be ok? i cdefinitely didn't swallow a lot, but even a few drops is bad, right?

Alright, so....I want a new effective workout routine.

I'm 15, 5 foot 8, 152 pounds.
I guess the goal for me lifting weights is to get leaner and stronger..
I need an intense workout.
I'm not lazy at all, I can work out 4 or more days a week.
I want to run whenever I work out (2 or 3 miles or so..)
I want to do the following muscles: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps, Legs, Abs, Back, Etc (All the main muscles)

I'M NOT ASKING FOR SPECIFIC EXERCISES, I just want to know what to do on what day and how many exercises

Example of what I'm looking for:
Day 1
Chest (4 Exercises), Shoulders (4 exercises), Run on treadmill
Day 2
Biceps (2 Exercises), Back (3 Exercises), Legs (3 Exercises), Run on treadmill
Day 3
Rest

...So yeah, put it in that format. I know a bunch of exercises so don't bother telling me any. Oh, and also, if you could state why you like this workout.
