I assume you mean testosterone.

Well, for women too much testosterone will cause masculinization meaning that they will grow body hair, their voices will deepen, their jaw will thicken, their muscles harden, their breasts reduce, and their genitalia enlarge.

For men, if you take extra testosterone it will pronounce the same things listed above except it will also create conversion to DHT which can cause baldness, the testicles will shrink because they don't need to produce, you will get acne all over your body, your temper may become shorter, some cancers will progress faster, your heart may get enlarged (which is a problem), your body will convert some of the excess into estrogen so you'll get breast growth and water retention.

i don't know because i have no idea what totesterone is. if u're talking about testosterone, then state that next time.
