You NEED to have your folks take you to see a doctor, to make sure there is no underlying cause for you to be hungry a short time after just eating for example diabetes. After taking you to an MD perhaps they can recommend a dietician taht you can meet with. There are no safe fat burning pills. If you start taking them they may work initially but if you stop you'll not only gain back the weight, you can gain MORE. As with all things in life, you gotta work hard to get what you want. Diet and exercise is the only way to go. Modify your diet. Eat smaller meals more times through the day. Eliminate junk with empty calories--chips, sweets, junk food. More fruits, and veggies. More carbs--pastas, etc, you burn them off quicker than you would fats and protein. Exercise.

Don't ever take things over the counter to burn fat. The best advice I can give you is a visit to the doctor. He will give you the best advise on diet and exercise and eating healthy.

Have you talked to a nutritionist? Talk you your mom and dad and let them know your concerns about your weight. Ask them if they can take you to an nutiritionist to help gain controll of your diet and get a plan in order to get yourself to a desiered weight. Keep with the plan you make. Don't give up if you don't see results right away. Weight loss is a hard commitment and is hard to do. If you want to lose it you can. Don't expect to see changes overnight. It will take a couple weeks to see a change.

Any route in this direction will hurt the boy while he's still physically developing. Stunted growth among other things.

Exercise and proper diet should be the only thing in mind.

None. Sorry. More exercise (walk every evening for 1/2 hour?) and stop eating processed food. Eat the real stuff. If it comes in a plastic bag - its plastic
