When they say people who suffer from Bi-polar, have manic highs and lows... how high...do you have to be? I know it's got to do with mood swings but do you have to be someone who is literately acting like they are on speed one minute and then high the lows drasticallyor can it be that you are normal/kinda happy and then drop low...is the hight of the highs significant in diagnoses? whats the other symptoms?

If I ate three times a day vegetables and healthy food and drank 8 glasses of water or more a day and exerised like walked for a hour 6-7 times a week and did this for 3 weeks to a month how much weight could I lose? and how many weeks could it take to lose 15 pounds? I weight 118 pounds please answer!

Is it social pressure or is it something that is born in? the same applies to other methods of self-harm. girls hold the majority of self harmers. Why? is there more pressure in their lives? is it hormonal? it's ironic that men (the big and macho rulers of the world) seem to be in so much less pain overall than women. Please post you thoughts.

I love my girlfreind so much and she is becomming very ill, she has something wrong with her liver and it could be failure or other illnesses...

She went to newzealand and this started to happen, I was going to meet her at the airport with her parents but they have stoped me because it might be catchable... this has anoyed me because they are going, I want to be with the girl I love and look after her 2... what are your oppinions on this and also,

I have been diagnosed with acid reflux and have been taking 1 Nexium tablet daily for about a year and a half. Although it is used for heartburn I have never had heartburn at any time. I wonder if there is a time limit on long you should be on it.

How long do these withdrawl symptoms last? I was on 300mg of effexor for 2 years and now wanting to go off, my doctor gave me different dosages to slowly wean myself off. I took my last 37.5mg pill 2 weeks ago, and have been feeling dizzy and wierd brain surges in my head or something, body aches--I feel like I'm 90 years old! And I'm only 34..My doctor said the only way to stop that feeling was to take a one time dosage of 90mg of Prozac, so I did and it has helped. I am not dizzy any more, but I still feel not right. Any know how long these withdrawl symtoms last? Or tried anything that has worked for them? I can't feel like like this!! I am an almost single mom of 3 girls ages 4 and under, and I just can't feel like this!!! I'm sure no one else can too. So if there is any helpful advice out there I would love to here it/
