Well i've heard that baking soda can make your teeth white. How do i do it? Am i supposed to get that white powder and rubb it agains my teeth or how. What am i supposed to do to get it on my teeth?

Simple. Just put approximately a half teaspoon full in your cupped hand(just pour into palm). Dampen your brush with running water, dip brush into soda and proceed to brush away. Do this a couple of times for each brushing. The stuff works.

if you like horrible tastes in your mouth i'm sure you could add a little water and make it into a paste. and leave it on there though i don't know how well it will work. You would be better of using a whitening tooth past or using white strips.
