i want a mole cut out and if they test it for cancer do they test it before removing it, and do they take a chunk of the mole to test it or do they test it after removal?

they will examine it by eye before its removed, the shape size and color of it. then after its removed they send it to a lab for real tests

No, they remove it then send it to the pathology lab. The results will take a few days to a week to come back.
