is benadryl has it's role in nocternal cramps?

Benadryl a commen name cough formula is antihistaminic but apart frome use in cough it might have another indications .may it be nocternal cramps?

Hard to say - please be more specific about what kind of cramps? What part of the body?
If it's leg cramps, you are usually low on potassium - 1 banana a day will take care of that.
