Don't wait until tomorrow to go to the doctor. Take him to the Emergency Room immediately.

There are so many possiblities, that it's impossible to hazard a guess. Has he called the doctor? Your friend or her dad should call the drs. office IMMEDIATELY. Even though it's Sunday, there should be someone on call. The doctor needs to know what is going on. He may tell the man to go to the ER. If you can't get a call back from the doctor in a short amount of time, less than 30 minutes, go to the ER.
I'm a retired nurse and this is what I would have advised when I was working.

The weakness could be from blood loss, depending on the volume he's lost. As for where it's coming from...He needs to get to the hospital. Blood in the urine could be as benign as a kidney stone or as bad as bladder cancer. The Dr. will need some lab results (CBC, Chemistry panel with Liver Function and Renal Function tests, etc.) to point him in a direction to find out what's wrong. A kidney stone, depending on where it is located, can cause waste products to build up in the blood and affect the liver and the bowel which could cause the nausea and constipation. Again, get to the Dr.

If he's really in a lot of pain tonight or the symptoms have worsened then he should go straight to hospital...it doesn't matter that he's supposed to get there tomorrow...a day earlier won't matter.
If the blood in urine and blood in vomit is a new symptom today then definitely he should be taken now to hospital. Don't delay it.
Hope that helps

Blood in urine and vomit means that he has blood going where it's not supposed to go. That's not a good thing. Take him to the emergency room.
