Eat food with alot of fat and calories in it. But dont over do it otherwise your body will want it all the time.

Here's a good tips
Exersice regularly ( play sports)
Do not skip your meals, eat 3 times per day
Eat more food that have calories and protein like eggs, potato and meat.
Drink more water always keep yourself dehydrate.

why? anyways, eat lots of HEALTHY foods. if you want to get food, eat fruits,veggies, no junk food and stuff. gain weight the healthy way and not the gain weight by eating lots of crap food and get diabetes, cholesterol, etc.

Get build up or something like complan and have it before your grub.eat plenty of fruit and veg and always have breakfast in the morning cerial and toast and you'll soon be as fat as me.
