I'm trying to lose some pounds, I went to see the doctor and he told me I should consume about 1900 calories per day. Now, these past 2 weeks (which is when I started dieting) I usually have around 1200-1400 calories every day. I have a small breakfast, fruits for lunch, regular dinner, and snack on fruits. If I feel hungry I go to sleep. I go to the gym 6 times a week 1 hour of cardio everytime.
