My parents buy and make foods with alot of fat but when i ask them to buy better food they just say no. I am into sports but don't have time for it making it hard to lose lb but i am going to go to Iran to see family and we have not seen each other in 2 years and i want to look good in front of them. Also for some days now i stoped eating food ( like only a bar or something ) but i don't want to stop eatting. Also i am to young for diet pills.

Ok. Stop panicing. First, you need to stop starving and eat! Ok, you really need to talk to your parents at a more emotional level about the food. How old are u, that's the only way to tell if you're too young for diet pills. Besides,with the pills, the weight will only come right back on. It's only safe for you to lose about 8 pounds in four weeks or two pounds a week. But you need to realize that it's not the pounds that matter,it's the inches. You could try working out for one hour four days a week. I'm a little young too, so these are just my opinions. I'm sixteen and i've learned that losing weight fast just doesn't work.

I do Taebo everyday. When I first started I lost 11 lbs the first week. I am now losing like 5lbs a week. Its awsome and it is fun. You actually get into it. I also drink nothing but water and I eat 3 square meals a day. I am not on a diet, I just eat good. You can find the basic taebo on ebay for like 3-5 dollars. Give it a try I love it!!!! I have thyroid disease and I got up to 184lbs. I am now at 157lbs and still going down. I want to lose 20 more lbs before summer so I can wear a bikini for the first time in about 6 years. I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Don't stop eating, that's not good for your physical and mental health. Besides, as soon as you start eating you will gain it back. Best diet is slow and steady.
Make some rules with a few small rewards.
Example: Rule-Don't eat any food or drink sodas past 6pm. Reward- You can have yogurt ice cream if you do this for 3 days. Diet is impossible with out a few small rewards.
Have 3 servings of dairy a day (cheese, milk ,yogurt ice cream counts too, etc...)
Have yogurt every morning with a boiled egg.
Eat mostly green vegetables and as much of those as you can eat. Such as green beans,lettus, broccoli
As for meat..Chicken is lowest in fat.
Drink plenty of water, take vitamins with minerals. Trust me on the water and vitamins, they make you feel less hungry and flush you body of impurities. You'll feel better in 2 weeks.
You can do it!!!!

in two weeks you can lose weight with south beach diet
i tried it and i cheated a little little bit each day and still lost 25 pounds in 5 wks
its a must

also im middle eastern so i understand the problem with them not wanting to get special food most of the stuff i eat my family eats i just am more picky about the stuff

First of all, i know you guys have some healthy food in your house like vegetables and fruits. if you want to lose weight, don't starve yourself. it'lll only make it worse. it might work for a short time, but you'll eventually gain it all back. just start eating healthy, and excercise. go run or something.
