Try this website. It allows you to check drug interactions, as well as drugs with any natural product or food.

http://www.drugdigest.org/DD/Interaction/ChooseDrugs/1,4109,,00.html

Just enter your drug, hit search. When you see it, add it to the interaction list. Do the same with the other product you mention.

You can also telephone your pharmacist. Most pharmacists automatically check to see whether all drugs you've filled at the drug store interact with one another. If you get your prescriptions filled at different drug stores or just want to check the interaction of non-prescription meds or natural food stuffs, any pharmacist will be able to look that up for you--they have access to a computer system, similar to the site I've attached for you above.

Acidophilus is a general name for a group of probiotics, often added to milk or sold as a capsule which contains one or more of the following bacteria which aid in digestion. (Wiki)
and the bactrim is an anti-biotic. I read information on Bactrim and found nothing about warnings against dairy products or milk or anything like that so based on that it may be safe. However to be safe I recommend you contact a health professional such as your doctor or a pharmacist and ask them this.
