I'm 19, male, and not really overweight just wanna shape up.I have never been active in my life so I joined a gym last week. I've been going 5 times a week and I'm still trying to adapt to all those cardio machines and add some time/resistance. Do you recommend I start weight training right away, or wait till I fully get used to cardio?

I'm a 23 year old Insulin Dependant diabetic, and I find it really hard to lose weight. If I exercise my blood sugar levels drop which means I have to eat more, and the only way to combat this is to eat before exercise which means I'm taking on extra calories to burn! I also can't switch to a lower carb diet because I have to eat slow release carbs to get energy. I don't want to lose a lot, just a few pounds ready for summer, but I'm finiding it hard to shift them!

I run about 2 hours EVERY DAY. It's like an addiction I have, albeit a healthy one.

I just want to ask: Is that too excessive? Should I try to cut back on the running just a bit?

He was diagnosed with it two weeks ago and given antibiotics. We went again to the doctor and he still has it. They are referring us to an Urologist. The appointment is for April 10th. We couldn’t get anything sooner. Seems like a long time to wait though. He doesn't show any signs of pain or blood or diarrhea. We're on top of him about good hygiene especially now. Should we be worried? Should we just take him to the emergency room tonight?

I build muscle very easily, especially in my arms and legs, my stomach is pretty much flat (except for a teeny bit of post-baby pooch) and my forearms and lower legs are slim with small ankles and wrists.
What would be your best guess at my body type?
Apple shaped, pear, hourglass or ruler?

I go to a clinic where I see my psychiatrist and have a case manager. There are therapists, too, but I need to get my name on a waiting list to see one and my case manager has to do that. I've seen her once, about five weeks ago. Two days later, I called her and left a message asking her to put me on the list and requesting she return the call to let me know how long I'll have to wait. I never heard from her again. Now, I do not want to have anything to do with her. However, the only other way that I can think of finding out if she put me on the list is calling her supervisor, but I don't want to get her in trouble, either. Why do I care about getting her in trouble if I don't want to have anything to do with her?
My last case manager didn't call for two months, and he called just to say he was leaving. The one before that wasn't as bad, but I'm wondering if I just need to say to h*ll with these people. Unfortunately, I have no insurance and low income, and

Mainly my genetics forcing me to be skinny and well, my spine and tailbone stick out real bad, and it gets annoying.

I used to naturally sleep 8 hours a night. So if I went to bed at midnight I knew I would wake up at 8 am. Well for the past few months I have been sleeping longer and longer. Now my body naturally wants to sleep 12 hours a night. I went to bed at 11:00pm last night and woke up at 11:00 am. And if I set my alarm to wake me up earlier I feel tired all day. Does anyone know why this would happen, and how I can change it? I don't want to sleep half my day away.
