I've been doing quats and other exercises for my butt and legs for almost a week. I would like to know about how ling it would take for me to see results. I exercise almost every day. Sometimes 4-5 times a week. And I would also like to know it these exercises are really going to shape my butt aor increase it at lease 1".

I think quats will increase your butt. If you're trying to tone and shape, do more stretching - like yoga. If you're trying to build muscle, do more strength-type exercises. You should see results in 3 weeks.

Note: if you're focusing on strength exercises, you need to do those every-other day, your body needs a chance to heal in between. If ONLY stretching, do every day.

You should see of feel some effects of exercising after only a few weeks. Certainly within a month, if you're also following a healthy balanced diet. Squats are great for the buns and thighs, you could also incorporate any variety of rearward leg raises. If you're eating right, and exercising, you'll decrease the size of your butt that comes from fat, but tighten and firm the muscles that life and add shape.

The very fact you want to reduce on your butt and thighs is it self good but you see you have to do side rolls on the floor to reduce the back side 15 rolls on each side and avoid sitting if possible as it is the main cause for a big butt,it also could be genetic so wishing you all the best in your eating habits . The time to get results all depends up on you and your workouts .squats help in thighs but not the butt .wishing you all the luck in fast reduction

It will be at least a month before you see any results, maybe longer. As far as adding an inch... that just depends on your body type. After a month if you don't get the results you want, go to a gym where they have resistance machines that will help you build muscle more efficiently than just aerobic exercise.
