I would suggest calling her doctor or pharmacist and ask. Just to be on the safe side. Taking the wrong thing could be very harmful or even fatal.

This won't necessarily work, but you can try meditation or some other kind of relaxation exercises. Regular exercise like jogging might help, too. Try to stay away from high sodium foods. Keep an eye on it, and if this doesn't lower it, listen to your doctor. It's dangerous to have high blood pressure.

If you just want a general pain killer, Tylenol will not thin her blood. Mostly, Aspirin, or ASA based drugs will do this. Prescription-wise, talk to your doctor. The best thing to do is talk to your local pharmacist, they will be the best to let you know about the make-up of the painkillers

I'm not sure what the connection between the pressure and anticoagulants is here but she should avoid aspirin if that is the case. She can take Ibuprofen and Tylenol and any prescribed meds for pain.

The best generic over the counter pain medicine is Tylenol.

If she has severe pain due to a degenerative disease such as arthritis, then she might need to visit the doctor and talk to him or her about what drugs are suitable for her and her health concerns.
