what i mean is does it matter if i run before i lift weights or after? I am trying to lose fat and gain muscle.

i have been waking up each morning with my right eye swollen,not the whole eye just above the cheek area,i am on blood pressure pills and is a diabetic type 2,i am hoping it may just be an allergy and nothing more,but i have been eating some deli meat thats pretty salty,so perhaps thats it,but anyone out there have any other ideas?

I know that someone with bellyfat can not obtain a six pack unless there is minimual fat..... but, it is a waste to do sit-ups and other stomach excercises to make the muscle tighter and for someone to appear leaner and have better posture?

I know exersize helps prevent sickness, but what if i'm already sick? I mean, I have a sore throat and i'm stuffed and congested and just don't feel like moving at all the last two days, but usually EVERY DAY I swim, but the last two days I haven't.. Am I supposed to exersize even when ill?

There slowly decaying, but Iv got exams in 4 weeks, will it cause problems revising, I mean will it be painfull afterwards, or make it difficult to eat.

Shall I wait till the exams are over. Coz there not causing that much of a problem at the moment. My dentist said it wont make any difference if I do it now but I think he just wants money.

3 days back i delayed passing out urine because there was no convinient place. When i eventually did i felt a slight pain that brought goose bumps to my skin after i finished urinating. Just passed out urine now with the same pain after urinating, cleaned up with a tissue like i usually do then noticed a slight stain of blood on the tissue. I still have the pain after urination which also stops immediatelly.What does this mean?

These are my syptoms: Dizziness, exaustion, headache, fainting, convulsions, rapid eye movement, slured speech, and sensitivity to light. Now the doctors have already ruled out anema, dehydration, and low blood sugar and low blood pressure. Please help be diognose this!

Has anyone else managed to get a urinary tract infection from a catherter? When I was in labour 3 weeks ago, they put one in because i had an epidural, and now im on my 3rd set of antibiotics as it keeps coming back. Symptoms include blood in urine, pain AFTER passing water and loss of appetite. Any insights?
