Ive took the plunge and taken up jogging, but I am wanting to know, when, if ever, will the same distance start to get easier.

Also is there a quick way to increase my cardiovascular fitness, or is it a case of simply pounding the streets.

Cheers for taking the time out,

Please answer from experience.....?
Ok about 8 months ago, i had this little bit on my toe, went to the foot doctor and he gave me a shot and it was gone within a few days, also took some antibiodics, few days later i got this tingling and pins and needle sensation all over my body including, muscle weakness, headache, eye pain, floaters, fatigue, you name it, took brain and cervial spine mris, came back normal, cerival spine showed 3 bluging disks which the neuro said could not be the cause of my symptoms, after 2 months of this, it all went away except for the floaters, by surprise, now 8 months later i have the same exact symptoms and some more, burning feet or really cold feet and back, fatigue, bigtime muscle weakness, blurry vision, I have started to say my words a bit thicker then before, my "th" words, its very strange, did another brain mri and it was normal, what could be going on, should i do an mri of my thoracic and lumbar spine? Also tested negative for lyme.

I'm writng a story and I need some facts. What kind of disease can affect a young boy of about 15 which requires an expensive surgery and no transplants? It must not also be caused by drugs or alcohol. I'd appreciate the help.

Please don't tell me to just leave him because he has to be the best person I have ever dated....

But this IS sort of a problem.... The small thing I can work around but sometimes he has performance anxiety and can't get it up. And when he can he doesn't even last 10 minutes!

It is still a new relationship so I can't yet call it an ongoing problem but it is definately an every time so far problem. In the time that he does last I can't even get close to an orgasm due to the fact he just isn't there for a long enough period of time.

What can I / we do to fix this?

PLZ HELP ME!!!!

Some of us are just naturally thin, eat a balanced diet, and exercise. We don't starve ourselves or vomit deliberately. So why the hate?

I use caffeine pills every other morning because they make me feel more alert and more focused-- also more confident-- they perk me up more than coffee alone. Is this a bad addiction? Is it bad to use caffeine as a source of not only alertness & energy but confidence?

My nine month old has had lung problems since he was born last June (the night he was born he stopped breathing), in November he got pneumonia (has had it twice since then) and has also had bronchitis three times since then. After having him on different antibiotics, amoxicillian and zithromax, and still fighting it, I went to a different doctor last monday and he still had bronchitis, the doctor put him on a nebulizer with albuterol, he had a follow up appointment this morning and still has bronchitis so he is to keep up with the albuterol and now has to take pulmicort as well. Everything that I have read about the two says "treatment for asthma" is this also normal treatment for bronchitis and pneumonia? Why is my son having these issues, my husband had childhood asthma, there is no smoking around any of my children, we have pets, but after today they are on the way out the door...what else could be causing these problems.. what can I do to help my baby.., I have never delt with this

I am researching how in this day and age people are misled about dieting, what with the numerous dieting "groups" and "clubs" on offer. However they all have different ideas and objectives yet still they promise to show results, although it is a proven fact that what works for some people doesn't work for all. Although on different ends of the spectrum, extreme dieting and binge eating can both be the result of a unsuccessful or only temporarily successfull diet, and as a result damage health, when surely the whole idea of dieting is to become healthy. If you look up the word dieting in the dictionary you will find that it means eating food in a regulated fashion to achieve a particular objective, in some cases weight loss. Yet when the average person thinks of dieting, do they not immediately think of losing weight? I'm sorry my ideas are very mixed up, but what I'm trying to get across is that our society is ruled by ideas of dieting, yet are we not misled about its true meaning?
