My girlfriend works at a dentist and she gave me a whole bunch of packets of the Crest White Strips, but she didn't tell me how to use them and the packets don't have any information on them.
How do I put them on?

i have srest white strips, ill read the instructions right now... ok ur suppose to use em twice a day and ur suppse to put them on ur teeth for hlf an hour and take em off then brush ur teeth with no tooth paste and brugh it gentally just to get the excess gel stuff off. thats all
