I quit smoking 3 weeks ago. I am trying to lose weight all together. I have 25-30 lbs to lose to be at a healthy weight.
I walk a few miles a week and lift weights, and do toning excersises. I am eating better, beggies, fruit, whole grains, staying away from most bread,sugar and soda. I am drinking lots of water.
I do know, that since I quit smoking I will gain weight. How can I get my body to lose? Its like I am stuck.
