I've had Tinnitus (ringing in my ears) for about 2 mths now. I've been told there is no cure. I'm in serious need of assistance because I'm not getting any sleep. So if anyone can help me with some remedies it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I've been told that it may be a side affect from taking Flexeril (muscle relaxant). Is this true?

Personally I cannot help u but a good "Ear,Nose, & Throat doctor can.
U need to see them to get your relief or it will continue. It has nothing to do with your medication. This I know of.
The ringing in your ears has to do with something that needs a doctors attention.
I know as i wear hearing aids on both ears and I have had this conditon for many years until I saw a doctor. The hearing aids has nothing to do with the ringing either.
The ringing has to do with one of the bones or nerves in your ears.
This needs to be addressed pronto. !!

It can be caused by many things. Best to see a doctor for an ear exam and to talk about medications and your environment.
