i doubt you are eating enough. sweetie you are only 13 and while i congratulate you on being so aware of your health you need to eat a little more.
and believe it or not, your body needs fat. not trans fats or saturated fats that much is true but you do need fat in your diet.
i think its wonderful that you aren't eating junk and you are eating lots of fruit but you need veggies as well. salmon, while good for you, isn't enough for a meal! add veggies and a little pasta/starch won't kill you!
your body is changing so fast at your age that you shouldn't be even thinking of dieting. exercising is great but while you are eating so little and exercising so much your body will think you are starving and start storing every little bit of food you give it.....you need to eat more! plain and simple!
your body needs you to take good care of it while it goes through all these monumental changes!
think of it as a car. you wouldn't expect a car to work as hard and as long if you gave it less fuel, less oil. neither should you expect your body to do so.
please don't be this hard on yourself!.
can you speak to your doctor? school nurse? go to a walk-in health clinic?
get some good sound advice on what to add to what you are already consuming.
i know you are too smart to think you should be trying to look like some of these wafer-thin models in the magazines. their photos are airbrushed to slim them down to ridiculous sizes and it just isn't healthy!
now go get something to eat

bye bye

You may not be eating enough actually. If you starve your body it'll store everything like crazy. You may gain weight by eating too little.

Not eating after supper is fine, I assume that's the 7:45pm one, however that is an incredibly light supper and doesn't sound healthy. The rest actually seems solid. Add in more veggies to your supper, and a carb, like whole wheat pasta or sweet potatoes.

Errr but watch out for overdoing the muscles, you need to take a day off at least between working out muscle groups or your muscles won't develop right.

Drink lots of water.

Also keep in mind that you won't get fat very easily if you aren't already, because your metabolism is very high in youth anyhow. But if you under-eat you'll be unhappy, unhealthy and at a far higher risk of weight gain.

PS: Try not to be too skinny too, noone really likes girls with bony cleavage. It's unappealing.

what you are doing is great, try and stick to as much body weight excersizes as you can, cause while your muscles can handle the weights, your joints are slower to develop. keep doing what you are doing, when you are older you will have a super strong core, and thats a huge advantage in sports or lifting.
