Yes it can. The liver has an amazing way of repairing itself. You would of course need to have stopped the meds that caused the damage.

it will not repair by itself,you have to go off all your other meds and be treated by a specialist to have it fixed
ask the Dr cause i have liver damage the same way and after talking to the specialist ,I chose to let it progress as is
