Ok, i usually try and eat things with the Green label with the little white guy on him that says "Smart choices made easy" or whatever. Like the baked chips, and stuff. Are those ok for me to eat, i am on a diet and i do not want to ruin it.

Hi...the main thing to check out on those labels include fats and sodium. Sometimes they misleasd with those smart choice labels, saying fat free, which may mean less fat, but tons more sugar and salt, which is almost as bad as the high fat content. Whatever diet you are on, be sure and drink PLENTY of water and even toss in some herbal de-caf teas. The fluids will help you feel full and not issue false hunger warnings to your system, in addition to flushing your system out regularly. Good luck on your diet!
