Well, first of all it's dandruff and not dandraft. Secondly, it sounds to me like you may have psoriasis or eczema. There are shampoos you can use as well as foams, creams, and vitamins but I would suggest seeing a specialist to determine what it is for sure.
Find a good dermatologist in your area & consult with him/her.
Good luck!

Dandruff is caused by dry skin and head and shoulders shampoo often makes it worse. My daughter had severe cradle cap which is baby dandruff only worse and I was told to put E45 cream on it, rub it into your scalp at night time and then wash it out before going out in the morning. You should see some improvement within a week.

First of all, it's dandruff. And It sounds like psoriasis. Go to a dermatologist and get something stronger. It will never go away, and stress makes it worse.

Rinse in your own urine for two or three days, dont wash it out, just let it dry out. Then use olive oil as a hairdressing. This is a tried and tested treatment upon myself by my father when I was a kid. PS. I still use the olive oil on a great head of hair, thanks to my dad.

This sounds more like psoriasis than dandruff - try typing that in the search box on - you 'll find some more information.
