For women, it is 111 - 147 pounds depending on their body frame.
For men it is 130 - 153

For a 25 year old male, 112 to 136 pounds. For a 25 year old female, 104 to 127 pounds. I used the healthy weight calculator from this site: http://www.dietitian.com/ibw/ibw.html.

There are other calculators that can help you out. Different sites have different guidelines for a healthy weight because you have to take in consideration of each person individually (body mass, body fat, frame, exercise level). Just google it.

Depends on your build, but i'd say anywhere from 105-135. I'm 26 and I'm 5'4, and I weigh 105. With my small frame, it's healthy for me.
