You could just be tired?

Even if you have been eating ok you may not have had enough sugar perhaps.

It may be just one of those things, or it could be a bit of a bug.

I would get a good nights sleep after a decent meal and plenty of water, and see how you feel in the morning. If you still feel icky then call your doctor and ask him/her if you should go in for a quick check up :)

You're saying you can't remember whether you used condoms or not because you were so drunk so therefore you should assume there is a small chance you could be pregnant. It is only a very very small chance though because of the timescales involved. Also, not everyone even has morning sickness when they're pregnant and even then it doesn't always conform to being sick in the morning so I wouldn't worry too much about that. (I wish Y!A had some sort of sticky for this- like 80% of people stressing about being pregnant are doing so because they've been sick or felt sick or felt dizzy in the morning and on it's own it is no real or cast in stone symptom of pregnancy). You're too late for Plan B now so I would just forget about it. If you obsess about it there's a slim chance you could delay your period through stress (although this is nowhere near as likely to happen as people think) and that would only make you worry more. You also don't say whereabouts in your cycle you are- you're only likely to get pregnant for a few days in the middle of your cycle (I say that vaguely deliberately because we're all different) so if you're either near your period or you've just had it the chance is even smaller. I don't think you have much to worry about.

You could be coming down with a cold, making you feel weak.
Someone else mentioned anemia, that's a common cause of feeling dizzy and sick. Low iron (a symptom of anemia), low blood sugar or not enough of the required nutrients in your diet can make you dizzy or sick.

Take a nap or relax and take a walk in the fresh air for 10 mins.

If you still feel like this tomorrow it'd probably be best to visit the doctor.

Hope you feel better!

The flu has been going around 4 kids out of my kids class last week and now the teacher this week. My husband now. Feeling dizzy could be from fluid in your ears and the nausea could be from mucus in your stomach. To be safe I would go to the doctor. Your health is nothing to mess with:)

you could have an ear infection, lack of sleep, low blood sugar, you could be getting sick with a virus.... could be lots of things... if it's not better by tomorrow, call your doctor... hope you feel better soon.

You may be hungry or thirsty. Or anaemic, or you may have the flu, or low blood sugar. They've all been suggested though.
