Go ask a GP and get a blood test done.

Your main concern should be The Aides virus. You don't get the virus just because you sat on a toilet seat. But if you have any scratched area down there or if your vagina touched any of the blood it is possible to get a number of things. You need to go to a Doctor or Clinic that does Aides Virus testing..and maybe they can check any other STD's.

Never sit on a public toilet seat unless you can see that it is clean.

If you feel unwell or still find blood after you have been to the toilet get yourself along to your GP.

dont worry too much the chances of catching something are quite slim but to be on the safe side and peace of mind go to your GP and ask for some test to be done.

If it didn't touch any open cuts on your body (or get in anywhere else) you should be fine. If it did, or even if you just want to be on the safe side, contact your doctor and ask them what tests they'd suggest to be sure you didn't catch anything.

I would start getting a blood test monthly until the doc says you're okay

Most diseases, such as HIV, have a really short life outside the body. As long as you have no open cuts you should be ok. Go see the doc anyway for your peace of mind.
