Unless you've had a c-section, you can get rid of the pouch without surgery. The muscles in that area are extremely resistant and will not shape up without a fight. One of the best excercises for this is side crunches. I have had 2 c-sections and will have another in about 6 weeks, but even with my first one, and after gaining an extra 80 lbs. I was able to get rid of the pouch with vigorous exercise such as aerobics. Lots of jogging or cycling is key to shedding the thighs and toning the legs. You can totally do it, you just have to be determined and go for your goal.

You may not lose the mommy pouch. I havent lost mine fully yet, but I am slowly losing it. What I have been doing is watching what I eat, lots of walking, stretching, stomach crunches, and situps. I dont let it bother me too much that I havent lost it all because I have beautiful children that make it seem so worth while having a little bit of a belly on me.
