although i have read romanance novels that caused me to organsim without physical stimulation i'm assuming you mean just by wanting to can she. well, all you really need is to think about something to get your blood racing then tighten all the muscles until the blood is practically cut off and relax, theretically it should work. i just aint got it yet.

Good question. I think females need direct stimulation of that area some how to get an orgasm. Unlike females, males can get an orgasm and erection by just looking at a sexy photo or looking at a hot girl and not touch anything down there.

Can't say its happen to me but I have had friends that had wet dreams and they orgasmed without stimulation. As far as they know they didn't.
