I was wondering if it would be better to snack on fruit instead of just skipping a meal?

as long as you really aren't hungry and not trying to starve yourself, its probably ok every once in a while. Eat a healthy snack. But you definitely are supposed to eat 6 small meals a day. That includes dinner.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Include uncooked fruits and vegetables in ur food. Take nothing but water in between the meals.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This improves digestion besides activating ur brain telling u that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time period effortlessly.

If you are not "hungry" you shouldn't sit down and eat a full meal but, you should definitely snack on something or you will throw your metabolism out of whack and it would make it harder for you to lose weight in the long run.

You should be eating 3 meals a day even if you are dieting. If you skip meals you can mess up your metabolism which will in turn make it harder for you to lose weight.

It it not ok to skip meals. You need to eat 3 healthy meals a day and have a high protein or high fiber snack between meals.

Ideally you shouldn`t eat if your not hungury. So if you are not hungury don`t eat. But eat something when you start to get hungury, so your blood suger levels don`t go too low. And your right, regular healthy snacking is healthier than 3 big meals a day and you musn`t skip meals.

It would be much better because skipping meals triggers surviving instinct of starvation. It makes you feel like enough food is not enough on the next meal.

I never eat if I'm not hungry, why would you? sure, go ahead and snack on fruit, nuts are good too, for protein!

If you're not really hungry, I still suggest that you get something in your stomach to supply your body with all the nutrients that it needs.

If your not hungry but if your doing it just to lose pounds than yea......just eat healthy, and exercise
