As a woman gets older her vagina dries out a little, it is usually cause of hormones. Try KY warming gel or KY mist. I usually need to use it myself. Its says for intercourse mostly, but you can use it at anytime you fell the need. It wont cause infections or an imbalance in ph either.

use lube when you need it. it reminds you of what it feels like when its wet. the more aroused you get will make getting it wet easier. a water based lube is better, not as sticky
