I have this same problem. Here are 4 tips that have helped me:
Buy a really loud annoying alarm clock and put it across the room from your bed. That way you will have to get up in the morning.
Sit up and do something as soon as you wake up, i.e watch telly, read a book, have a cup of tea for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes you should be able to get up no problem as your brain will be activated.
Make sure it is very warm in your room in the morning.
Get fit. One of the main reasons for difficulty in getting out of bed in the morning is a poor diet and lack of exercise.

It sounds like you need more motivation in your life, do you exercise, do you have a healthy diet, it is always the hours before midnight that benefit you most when going to bed, perhaps you are not getting a good sleep, avoid alcohol before sleeping, stay away from caffeine, I used to have the same problem, I even tried sleeping with my feet sticking out of the covers so that my cold feet would wake me in the morning, hope this helps, and don't be late in the morning!

You need to talk to your physician and see about the possibility of your having sleep apnea. Sleep apnea deprives a person of the proper amount of oxygen. If you suffer from this, all the sleep in the world won't make you feel rested.
Get checked out so you can get the sleep you need. There are a few conditions that rob us of the ability to get the rest we need, but the cures are so simple! Good luck and I hope you will soon be having pleasant dreams and restful days! Annie

Go to bed at the same time EVERY night and wake up at the same time every morning, even on weekends or days off. Then your body clock will be more scheduled.

I am the same and i find it helps to give myself loads of "snooze time" by setting my alarm a lot earlier than i need to get up. That way you get to nod off between alarms but you are not getting into a deep sleep.
Another trick is to place your alarm at the other side of the room so that you have to get out of bed to switch it off.

Buy yourself a very large alarm clock and place it in an empty galvanised bucket at the other end of your bedroom so that you have to get out of bed to turn it off

Do you like drinking coffee or cappuchino? A favorite tv show on? A dog to play with? Something new to do with your hair? Something good to eat?

Try drinking more water.
Honestly, if your lacking in water, it makes you really tired, especially in the mornings.
