I'm 12 years old. Already matured and gotton my period and stuff.
And I am 5"2 and 135 pounds. I excersize everyday kay heres what i do

45 sit ups
45 crunches
100 jumping jacks
run for 30 mins on the tredmil.

I dont really have a tummy but i got fat thighs and fat arms and a lil bit of a belly. How do I lose wieght I wanna go down to like 120 or lower. Kthnx.

Is there something wrong with holding in your sneezes? Because I sneezed approximately 8 times today and held them all in. It's what I've been doing every time I sneezed for the past 2 years! And then I had this terrible nose bleed that wouldn't stop, and finally I breathed in really hard, and this big glob (i know, DISGUSTING) of blood went down into my mouth and I spat it out. Is that bad? What should I do?

Male, 23yrs old, healthy.for the past 4 months i been having stomach pain on the lower right side. i went to the doctor back in decemeber, he said he wasnt appendicitis, he sented me for a ultrasound anyway and that ruled out gallbladder problems and appendictis. i went to a gastro doctor who thinks its ibs but not a big deal. the pain isnt really pain feels like cramps, sometimes when i push in on the lower right side i feel cramps in my stomach aboe the right side, but nothing is tender, and i am told that if it was appendicitis that when i push in and then release i would feel the most pain, i dont feel any pain when i do that. its just cramps, and i been stressing thinking its appendicitis, i been to the doctor on and off for months worrying about going into surgery. everyone keeps telling me if it was appendicitis i would of known by now. could this be IBS, i mean i push on my lower stomach and feel cramps in my stomach has anyone experience something similar? any input would help

I am a married women and have had children. After they were born i noticed that I was getting a discharge on my underwear. Sometimes there is also an odor. The discharge is white and sticky and it is really a strong odor. I can sometimes smell it myself when i sit down. I bath myself everyday so i know that i am clean. I know that i do not have an infection or and std. I have already been checked for that. I was only wondering if there was anyone out there that had the same thing happening to them. If there is does anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it. I have tried everything i know of.

for the past couple of days i have been experiencing a pain in the left side of my lower back. i think it might be caused by running and stress but i havent been doing much out of the ordinary that i would assume would cause it. its not a pulled hurt. more of just a sore hurt, but not bruised.
for a year or two ive had this clicking in my hip and my hips constantly pop like im cracking my knuckels. again i think its running, but ive had it occasionally before i started running.
i have yet to go to the doctors for this, i know i should, and i will, i just wanted some possible info on this first.

Hi guys ;-), new to the site and have a question about toning..I have been running now for about 2months and have worked my way up to 1 hr sessions and have lost a couple of kgs. But now I want to tone my legs -what's the best way to do this? doing a lot of hill work as well as a long run or two during the week? squats?

i find that my fingernails skrink when i accidentally cut them too close. the are where my nail attaches to my skin recedes when i do this and it stays that that way. how do i get the proper length back?

My jaw also pops and the pain is almost unbareable. It make my ear, eye, neck, and shoulder on my left side ache when it hurts. And at times it feels like its stuck shut.
