it starts around my ovary on the right and my vagina it burns for days i thought it might be like gout or something it last for 2 or 3 days i feel like i have grazed myself on my right hand side it works its way down my leg but starts at my private part only on the right but

That doesn't sound period related. Sounds like an inguinal hernia, perhaps endometriosis. Google these conditions. I would also talk to your doc about this. Cramps stem from the uterus and don't manifest as pain anywhere near the legs. They also aren't typically described as "burning".

I get random burning in my jaw around that time, but it never bothered me enough to ask about it. If it's something that just started happening or it's really impacting you, you should ask your doctor about it.
