I'm 12 years old. Already matured and gotton my period and stuff.
And I am 5"2 and 135 pounds. I excersize everyday kay heres what i do

45 sit ups
45 crunches
100 jumping jacks
run for 30 mins on the tredmil.

I dont really have a tummy but i got fat thighs and fat arms and a lil bit of a belly. How do I lose wieght I wanna go down to like 120 or lower. Kthnx.

hey were totally the same! im 12 and 5''2' and weigh 135 wow so no girl your not if u do all that exersing your heathy and remember people come in all shapes, and sizes! be happy with yourself

You've go the execise down- good fir you. Sometimes that's the hardest part.
I have three suggestions for you:

1. cut out soda
2. eat small, frequent meals- i realize if you're in school this is hard but try to sneak in carrots or even low-cal fruit snacks
3. get sleep- at least 8 hours

plus give yourself time- you'll get taller ( at least an inch ) and then it will spread out.
I used to have the same problem
But now I'm 15 and 120
15 lbs in 3 years- not an unrealisitic goal

Do leg lifts and other leg exersises to tone your legs and for the arms lift weights just do some curls with some light weights your workout plan is good. You can also go to a health site just google it and look at a height and weight chart to see if your at the right weight.

everyones body is different.

i would have to say that yes you are over the weight you should be sadly...so my suggestion to you is up your exercise
and eat foods that are healthier....never starve yourself it doesn't help....also it could be in your genes that you are at the weight you are at...try palates because they focus on your core muscles and up your sit-ups to 100 every morning and night also walk as much as you run...for your arms try light weight and lots of reps...like 30 reps of 5 pound bicep curls
