The arm you write with is usually the dominant arm. It's more muscular because you use it to lift and pull more than the other one.

when you do the single one arm weights or whatever they are called, your more used had probably does more than the other one so then it gets more muscular. make sure you count the times you do it on each hand so it will be even.

i know what u mean. my right arm is slightly larger than my right one. it is because i am right handed. are u right or left? if the larger arm is the same as your dominant, thats why. you use that arm more than the other so its bigger.

You are probably working out more on one arm than the other, try to balance your workouts.

You must have overworked that arm and the other arm is the same because you didn't use it as much as the other one.

That's your dominant arm. (If you're right handed, it will be your right arm.)
