not all protien is good for you, believe it or not. for example soy protiens are filled with antinutriends like lectins, isoflamones, and two others i cant remeber that bind to other nutrients in your body like vitiman D, copper, calicum, zinc, iron, magnesium, and block absorbtion in the intestines, causing vitiman and mineral defeciencys.... but the protien in meat contains no antinutrients (only in wheat, soy, milk, and other grain products) so its 100 percent safe....
so where does whey come from?
