I hope I don't freeze while I'm presenting my project. My problem is that i start breathing pretty hard which impairs my ability to talk naturally. I can't help it.

I just spoke today and I spoke in front of a few hundred in January. Remember that all that nervousness crap is in your own head and making yourself nervous about ruining it will only result in you ruin it. Instead of seeing yourself as nervous, see yourself as cool and calm speaking successfully and the audience being attentive. Remember this truth... you never know how or what you say will affect someone's life. So many times what others have said have kept me cool when I wanted to cry or lose myself in uncertainty. You must remember that your project is interesting. See yourself presenting it coolly and calmly and knowledgeably and it will happen. Act as if. Dress nice- it gives you confidence. Get lots of sleep and don't fret the night before. give it to God and ask Him to give you the right words and things to say and it will be great. I got a standing ovation and was told I was the best speaker they had heard all their life and it was only because I visualized myself being successful, calm, and being blessed by God.

Geez, I hate presenting! Here's what I do: After each point that I make, I take a deep breath and center myself before going on to the next point. People don't notice that you're taking the time to do this, and in fact, it makes you look calm and collected. If I don't do this, I end up rambling on nervously, and I miss have the points I intended to make.
