How long has that been happening? That's a form of insomnia--I've had that, it's miserable. :( Make sure you're not taking naps during the day (that can be hard, but it's really important). If you get too much sleep during the day, your body won't want it at night. Also, establish a regular bedtime and routine--that will help regulate your sleep cycle. Light can trigger your body to wake up, as well--something to be aware of as the seasons change and the sun starts rising earlier. So you might want to check that your curtains are keeping the sunlight out or use one of those eye sleep masks. If all else fails, see your doc--you might need a sleep aid temporarily to get your sleep cycle straightened out.

Good luck!!

Sounds like you are in the same boat as I am in. I can't go to sleep till like 3 and 4 in the morning. Function daily on 3 or 4 hrs. sleep. It has been that way all my life. If I use sleeping pills they help a little but then the next day I feel like crap. I have been to the doctor with this and so far no one has been able to change it. There are only two things that I have found that would help me any and it was to have 2 or 3 beers about a hour before bed time and the other was to completely exhaust myself during the day. So the only thing that I can recommend is just keep on keeping on. Good Luck
