why does my right knee always twitch?

it's not my knee literally, it's in the medial part of my leg...so the medial part of my knee? the muscle! it always twitches when i lay down. i hate it. why does this happen?

It could be something called Restless Leg Syndrome or RLS, I have it, in my right leg, I had Polio at the age of about 9 months, now I have Post-Polio Syndrome. There are medications for RLS, one is called Requip, it is advertised on TV and you need to see a doctor about this because you have to have a prescription to get the medicine.
