With or without, I love them both, just don't drink with cream and sugar, try the brand Stessen- I got it chinese grocery store it smell and tast so good, smells like jasmin, I absolutely can't live without it.( I'm guessing that it has caffeine)

Yes, green tea has been around for a while but its popularity is on the rise. The Japanese discovered it a long time before the US did. Like other herbal teas, it doesn't have caffeine. Another good herbal tea is cammomile--with honey, it's supposed to be relaxing.

If the caffeine is not naturally removed (some companies use some sort of decaffeination process that involves chemicals I think) the decaffeination process can get rid of some of the nutrients I believe.
