i often get musle cramps in my foot and a understand its from me not drinking enough water. i guess your suppost to drink 2.5 litters, my question is how may 8 fl. ounces is in 2.5 litters

I'll give you some conversions so you can figure it out yourself.
1 liter = 1.0567 quarts
1 quart = 2 lbs.
1 lb. = 16 oz.

8 oz = 1 c or240cc, 2.5L=2500cc, therefore 2500 divided by 240 = 10.41 c or 8 oz drinks
