I have to stop eating at midnight. I'm hungry. I don't know what to eat. Any suggestions? I have to stop drinking at 5:30 am. Should I drink as much water as possible? What's worse...the pain after surgery or the not knowing what to expect before hand?

I am not over weight and my legs are in great shape. But im starting to work out just to tone my arms and get healthy. Will running and walking make my legs and claves bulky or keep them slim? And how do i tone my body without becoming big and muscular?

My friends 4 month old grand baby has been in and out of the hospital for the past couple months with respitarory problems. They have tried breathing treatments using a nebulizer, nothing seems to help. Last weekend he was again admitted to the hospital this time with a colapsed lung, the doctors inflated the lung and now they are talking surgery something to do with his esphoagus . My friend is scared to death, does anyone know what might cause this in a 4 month old baby or what his esphogus might have to do with the blockage of his airway?

My left ear has been hurting the last two days, and I'm scared I may have damaged it.
I have had this pain before, but it has never lasted so long before. I knew it was from overuse of my IPOD and so I would take frequent breaks from using it. A few days ago I listened to a few songs and then the pain started. Do you think my ear can still recover, or have I damaged it? What's your experience? Please help!

I have heard that he is cured...which obviously means that there is a cure, but the pharmecuticals are hiding it so they can make millions of dollars off of meds to keep people alive alonger. Anyone have a clue about this? Just curious. THANKS!!

i am 16 years old about to become a senior my fresh men year i was about 5'10 and when i was in my sophmore year i grew to be 5'11. now im a junior and ive been playing basketball for a long time and damn good at it but the problem is is that im too short to play a shooting gaurd position which im really good at. is this because the weights that i have been lifting i mean i really do sqaut alot of weight its not that hard to me becuase i hav gotten stronger over the years but what im trynna figure out is do wieghts stunt your growth? because i have not been growing can somebody give me some good info? thanx

I'm a 13 year old male I'm not really overweight but I'm kind of chunky. I've noticed this lump behind my nipple or aerolas. There's not any other kind of lumps on my breast though. My nipple seems kind of enlarged, you can't really tell from first glance, and my nipple is kind of puffy ( yet again you can't tell from first glance). Any ideas of what this might be? I only have this in one breast my other one is normal. I've always heard this kind of thing is common during puberty.

I was prescribed Xanax and Lexapro in July 2006 for severe anxiety and depression. After being on it for a month I completely lost it and threatened to kill myself to my g/f on the phone. I have since been off it for about 4 months and just recently have been an emotional wreck so I decided to get back on SSRI's (Lexapro) for a little while to get me through the next few months. I am scared that the drug might increase suicidal thoughts. Plenty of articles and studies on how SSRI's may increase suicide risk, I believe the feds made them put that on the warning labels now. I believe the rate of suicide with SSRI's was double the rate without them.

i am getting married in June and i would like to lose 10lb by then. i used to weigh 130, and now im up to 140. and its all fat. so what are some good home exercises that i could do. im going to start walking 3 times a week. but what are some other exercises that i could do. thanks to all.
