Exercise ALOT!! Soak in a tub of hot water. Have a friend give you a massage.
Also, something I learned a long time ago--take a phone book (an old one you no longer use) and rip one page out of it. Crumple the page up and toss it in the trash can (you can challenge yourself as to how far or near you place the can). Then rip another page out of the phone book, crumple it up and throw it in the trash. Keep those actions untill you calm down. It may take awhile, or not. There is no set way to rip out the pages either, it can be fast or slow, gentle or rough, however yo want; you will be surprised at the emotions coming out when you do this. It is also a good way to get rid of pent up anger.

1st SCREAM. That should do it for some of the stress. 2nd, for whatever God you believe in PRAY! 3rd, DO NOT take pain killers and alcohol and try to go to sleep, the stress and headache will both be there tomorrow! 4th, ask yourself what kind of stress is it, and where did the stress come from? Is it physical, emotional stress? Was it caused by a spouse, parents, work, kids, everyday life? 5th, how long has the stress benn wearing you down, is it affecting your everyday life? 6th DO NOT be ashamed to seek HELP! Seriously, nothing is more important than you and your personal health!

Create a quiet, relaxing environment. Turn off any TV sets or other noisy appliances. Some soft, relaxing music is okay, but it isn't necessary. Make sure your cellphone is off.
Sit on a chair or a cushion. You don't have to twist your limbs into the lotus position or adopt any unusual postures (but you can if it's comfortable).
This is a good positionClose your eyes or find something else calm to look at. You may want to use a small candle flame.
Take care to sit erect, allowing for free and easy breathing. This will happen naturally when your knees are below the level of your waist. Don't try lying down, most people will fall asleep meditating in this position.
Observe your breath. Don't try to change the way you are breathing, just let your attention rest on the flow of your breath. The goal is to allow the "chattering" in your mind to gradually fade away.
Relax every muscle in your body. Don't rush this, as it takes time to fully relax, and relax bit by bit, starting at your toes, and working up to your head.
Mentally focus on words that appeal to your linguistic style. If you are visual, use words that evoke pictures. If you are auditory, use words that evoke sound. If you are kinesthetic, use words that evoke feelings.
Repeat these words to yourself to encourage the outcome that you desire. For example, repeat to yourself how relaxed you are by saying "I am completely relaxed."
Visualize a place that calms you. It can be real or imaginary. This step can replace word repetition, augment it or be excluded from your meditation. One option is to imagine you are at the top of a staircase leading to a peaceful place. Count your way down the steps until you are peaceful and relaxed.

Slap the people in the back of the head that are making you stressed. Back so they don't see it coming. Now SHUT OFF CELL PHONE. Go get a massage. If you have a partner, a nice dinner with you for desert. Now a good 10hrs of sleep, breakfast in bed. Relax and read the paper, channel flip. Oh let's not forget another massage. Now, don't you feel better!!

If someone is causing you stress it is because you let them get under your skin...However, anything physical is good. Running, punching bag, push-ups, fast walking, etc.
Actually, though, I remember when I used to have a lot of built up stress, there was nothing more satisfying and a release of tension, then the sound of jar being smashed against a brick wall. However, it was in my backyard, and I had to clean it up. It was worth it though.....

I am not God, but I am pretty close to perfect. You need to make time for yourself! Try the what if with your problems. What if I don't finish this (what will happen?, how bad can it be?, will the world end?). Find time, no, make time, to do something you enjoy! Will the world end if that person doesn't like me? Screw them. I don't like them either! I am going camping, walking, take a bath, whatever! It is your life, make it be a good one for you. And if you will talk to God, he will tell you the same thing. I promise.

Try exercising. Walking fast or going to the gym. Is there a phone counselling welfare agency you could ring and have a talk to. Maybe even talking to someone you can trust about what is making you so stressed. Hope this helps.

Scream when alone in a room.
Try not to keep so much to yourself that build up a lot of stress.

Not legal but good way..... Puff the ol magic dragon. Get some good loving, go on a rant to a close friend or family member about whatever is bothering you, work out, get a good nights sleep, or party your *** off one night.
