I'm going to be very honest with you here, if it's all fat then you need to get rid of it!
Walking is too less, consider dieting too. There's also this apple juice diet that my friend was trying. She 's 4'9 and weighted 150 pounds, and she's now 96 pounds! She looks great now. She would drink apple juice instead of eating breakfast and lunch. Generally about 3 cups in the morning, and 4 cups in the noon. She said she gain a bit of weight when she started, but after a month she loose it all. She usually have a very big meal at dinner time. But i guess the apple juice diet really helped her out because there's not a soul that walks by her and not turn their heads now.
Good luck!

It's great to watch the diet when you don't have that much to lose. Make sure your eating a balanced diet. Don't crash diet. That makes your body grab fat. Watch the dairy stuff. Sometimes the frozen dinners are a good idea. You know just how many calories and carbs you are getting. If you have something like a youth center in your area that you can join at a good price...join it. The tread mills are good. If there is a coach to fix up a work out plan just for you that will be even better. Be proud that your watching your health.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

A while back I got MTV Pilates (dvd) at Walmart and an exercise mat... At first it seemed tough but it got easier and even fun...I used to do it every day/every other day... depended what all was going on, but at least 3 times a week.
Also, do a lot of walking, drink lots of water, eat healthy, think positive and if you want, throw in some cardio and crunches :)
Congrats on getting married by the way.
