I'm a moderator at a teenage puberty site and we get these questions all the time. Some of our members have gone to the doctor for it and they all get told it's a temporary unbalance in male/female hormones. It goes away on it's own, though. It's common at the beginning of puberty. If you're concerned though, you can always go to your doctor, but I'm sure it'll be that. Male breast cancer is extremely rare for guys your age. I myself had this for about two weeks. Usually the bottom side of the nipple is tender when this happens.

Could be the puberty. Or it could be just a cyst...which are non-cancerous in most situations. I know it sounds kinda gross, but as long as it doesn't get any bigger or have any kind of substance coming out through your nipple, I wouldn't worry too much. If it's there much longer and you're still concerned, then by all means mention it to an adult that you feel comfortable talking to and maybe go to the doctor. Good Luck and don't stress yourself about it.

Embarrassing as it will be, I recommend asking your doc. It could be just a puberty thing, a harmless cyst, or even cancer. Guys can get it, but it is rare. Hopefully it's simply a blocked hair duct!!

You need to show this to your parents. I feel this is not normal and needs to be looked at by your doctor. Sometimes the ducts get clogged or infected and you need treatment.

You sound worried about this so you should get your parents to take you to a doctor to have it checked out. It probably isn't anything to worry about but you do need to have it checked out to be sure.
