Allright, for about 5 months now I am constantly sick. Sick for about a week straight, then I feel better for about 4 days and Im sick again. This is constant and is really debilitating. I have flu like symptoms, Very sore and swollen throat, a productive cough with mucus, My back aches terribly between my shoulders, my chest is heavy, runny nose, plugged up feeling in my head, very tired.
This will just not go away and I dont understand, while everyone else gets sick once a year (majorly anyway) I am sick all the time. I was like this when I was younger and when I moved from Alaska it seemed to get better, but now its back and its really making things hard. I have no health Insurence so Im kinda just looking for people who have possibly suffered the same thing. Please help

I have never done chin ups in my life. I am 14 years old. We are going to have a chin up or pull up (are they the same?) test in my PE class and people say that it is very hard. My teacher says that we should be able to do 5. I dont work out tor anything like that. Have you ever done chin ups? Are they easy? Any tips so as it will feel or be easier? I am about 5'3 weighing 120 lbs. I am not in the best shape but I have a pretty flat stomach though. Please help me! Thanks

Every winter I get these bumps on my legs and they itch like crazy! When I scratch, in my fingernails comes a white powdery stuff. I think my skin has a problem naturally exfoliating the dead skin because of the dry air. Give me some tips to help get rid of this problem because I've scratched so much I have broken the skin and some spots bleed. The itch drives me crazy so it feels better to scratch.

I heard it kills your white blood cells and can cause cancer. I am real scared because I was put on 875mg for 21 days. If anyone can tell me ANYTHING on this issue i would really appreciate it.

My tongue has a white coat on it and I feel like I have cotton in my mouth. I am assuming this is candida - does this mean it is in my intestines as well? I have been fatigued lately as well adn depressed. I haven't had this before, nor do I ever get yeast infections. Will antifungul medicine help or does this require more intense treatment. I don't get it - I exercise and eat well....why would I get this? Can it happen to anybody? Thanks

i think I have asthma. it didnt come suddenly ive been feeling this for a while. my dad has it too but i dunno how to tell him bcuz i dont really confide in him and if i tell him i no he wont believe me. I saw an interesting story on my local news but I did not catch it all so I want to throw this question out there , If a family has an obese child (minor)should the family be brought up on child abuse charges , as long as it can be proven that the child does not have some type of medical disorder that causes his or her obesity , What do you think , serious answers only .

I have had my period since I was 14 but since then breast growth has been minimal, periods are infrequent (more than 6 mos.) and I cyclically get bad acne around the month. Bloodtests reveal no abnormal hormones and ultrasound shows cyst-free ovaries. Also, no matter how hard I diet, I can't ever seem to drop weight (approximately 15 lbs overweight). Anyone have any clues on what it could be?

P.S. my bloodwork recently showed my resting insulin to be on the lower side of normal but still within range.

psychological and eating disorders have become more prevalent (it would be psychological, right?)
I'm talking about things like manic depression, add/adhd, any form of eating disorder, etc.
Why have they gotten so much more prevalent than they were in the past?

I am a family member of a patient suffering from schizophrenia. He was diagnosed of the problem five years ago and is under psychiatric care. He is at home. However, it is now getting impossible to keep him at home. I am lookin for some residential alternative in India (around New Delhi area). Men's after-shave lotion. I'm for something that smells nice and is not too expensive and not too cheap. And something sporty.

In the past, I've tried:

Aqua Velva
Skin Bracer (currently wearing it.)
Old Spice
Brut

I hate spicy scents. "Old Spice" and "Brut" are like the same thing to me. "Aqua Velva" smelled TERRIBLE. "Skin Bracer", I don't know.

I'm not looking for any expensive designer stuff here. I've got very sensitive skin. So, I looking for something that's good for the skin.

The stomach flu is currently making its "rounds" in my house. The last person to get sick was last Wednesday (1 week ago). Nobody has gotten sick since then. I disinfected everything and am washing my hands very well...I was just wondering how long the stomach flu can "linger" because I do not want to get it and want to know when I can stop worrying about catching it!

Also, about two weeks ago I had watery diarhhea for a few days and threw up only a few times...was this the stomach flu or something else? Can people catch it a week later from somebody?
