It could be a hemagioma - medical term for "strawberry mark". They tend to get bigger as you get older. I have one myself on my chest. By all means, see a dermatologist to be sure. They can diagnose you easily if it is.

I have these too - and so does my mom. We're both fair skinned and both of our doctors dismiss it as either little places where the skin has been pinched or little capilaries that trap blood... they're annoying for us, but we've been told it's no big deal.

Never take anything for granted, though. If you haven't had a regular check up yet this year - go and make sure to ask.

(Mine always appear when my bloodpressure goes up.)

I have had them before. They call them strawberries or something like that. If they don't go away you might want to see a dermatologist, but I had them and they went away.
